What you’ll need
A computer, tablet or sufficiently sized smartphone.
A reliable internet connection to stream video.
Install (free) Zoom on your tablet, phone or computer to access the classes (the class link will be sent to you 15 minutes before the class starts).
Set yourself up where you have space to lay a mat down, have enough height to extend your hands upwards and enough width to take your arms out to the side. Have enough distance between yourself and your device so that I can see your practice.
Yoga mat, blocks. Drink of water
If you don’t have any of the above you can be inventive. Hardback books as blocks, towels rolled as support. This is all at your own discretion and I don’t take any responsibility if you damage your kit or household belongings! Yoga equipment can be relatively inexpensive so perhaps invest in some proper kit.
Wear comfortable clothes that keep your body at the correct temperature, something that you are able to stretch in.
Ensure your device is fully charged and/or plugged in. Turn off any background noise during the class so that I can hear from you. You will need to communicate with me, as the sessions are one-to-one.
Ask any householder members to leave you undisturbed as much as possible. But don’t stress if the cat or a small child jumps on your mat - that’s life!
Avoid a heavy meal at least an hour before the class.
