Vegan hearty soup.

Vegan Hearty Soup

Ingredients :

1 leek

4 potatoes

1 white onion

2 tsp finely chopped garlic

3 carrots

1 pint of boiled water

1 tbsp Marmite or Vegemite

1 tbsp tahini

1 tbsp sunflower oil

1 tsp paprika

Half tsp of salt

500g tomato passata

1 can baked beans

1 tsp basil

Chop and peel the onion, potatoes, leek, and potatoes into tiny cubes.

Add the oil to a frying pan. Add garlic, basil, leek and onion, fry on low until soft.

Add the potatoes and carrots to a pan of boiling water, add salt and boil until soft.

Add a pint of boiling water to a jug, add paprika, Marmite and tahini, mix until dissolved.

Add all the ingredients together including the tomato passata and simmer for an hour.
