Welcome the year 2020

Another year is here, Happy 2020! The leap year 2020 will begin on Wednesday, 1 January it’s the 20th year of the 3rd millennium, the 20th year of the 21st century, and the 1st year of the 2020s decade. I think 2020 sounds like a very exciting year, what do you think?

This year I’m going to make no New Years resolutions, I’m putting no pressure on myself. I’m going to start the new year completely chilled and ready to take each day as it comes.

2019 started bad but ended on such a high

I recently turned 45 and I’m feeling better than I have ever felt before. 2019 was a very knowledgeable year for me. I have learnt so much about myself. I am embracing my midlife in a positive way and for once in my life, I am happy being me.

During this year I will be sharing what I have been studying. I started my blog many years ago as a means of helping myself mentally cope with being a parent. My friend told me to write she said it helped her feel better. The writing therapy really helped me and it still does. I did get involved in reviewing products for a while but this wasn’t for me. I’m really glad I started blogging, I’ve helped quite a few people with my writing, knowing I’ve helped not only myself but other people has inspired me to go help people. Helping people makes me feel alive.

Depression, anxiety and negativity are growing rapidly in the world. I’ve had to learn how to heal myself and now I’m ready to heal my readers. 2020 is definitely the year to make yourself feel happier. I’m determined to help those who are willing to listen. If you want to feel better, look better, be more patient, be the best version of yourself then I can help.
